  • meeting details when you book a call; and

Our hosting and security systems may also process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, request details and security logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies on this website.

3. How and why we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange introductory calls;
  • understand your requirements and prepare proposals;
  • manage our business relationship and correspondence;
  • operate, protect and improve the security of this website; and
  • meet our legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and protect our website, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations. We share it only where necessary with trusted providers that support our website and communications, including website hosting, email, Web3Forms for contact-form delivery, and Calendly when you choose to book a meeting. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we expect appropriate safeguards recognised by UK data protection law to be used.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including managing an enquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and satisfying legal obligations. We then delete or securely anonymise it.

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so information sent online is provided at your own risk.
