What does AEK Tech do?
AEK Tech UK Ltd is a UK-registered company that builds and operates business-critical software across fleet & transport (including Vehicle Daily Check), enterprise GRC platforms, and healthcare systems. Can I see a demo of what you built?

Do you only do fleet?
No. Fleet is one domain. We also deliver enterprise GRC and healthcare-related systems. Open /industries/ for domain pages. Online commerce is planned under the same company.
Do you only do GRC and fleet?
No. Those are two production-proof domains. Healthcare is a third (capability proof). Commerce is coming. Custom builds and platform rescue cut across domains when the fit is clear.
What is platform rescue?
Platform rescue is when we take ownership of an existing business-critical application that has become fragile or stalled. We diagnose first, then stabilise, clear delivery risk, modernise the stack where it earns its keep, and keep production moving — without a reckless rewrite by default. Do you build GRC platforms in the UK?
Yes. We engineer enterprise GRC platforms for UK and regulated teams: framework mapping, controls, audit workflows, evidence automation, policy lifecycle and cross-organisation reporting. We have a live platform we built from scratch — real screenshots on the case study, and we will walk you through a demo if you contact us.
Is Vehicle Daily Check a client project or your product?
Vehicle Daily Check is our own product — designed, built and operated by AEK Tech UK Ltd. It appears on aektech.co.uk as live engineering proof and a case study, not as a third-party client logo. Do you work with startups, government, or healthcare?
Yes where the work is real operational software. Startups — especially when compliance or complex workflows are core to the product. Government and regulated organisations — audit trails, role-based access and long-term maintainability matter (see our government compliance page and Enterprise GRC case study). Healthcare — we have production clinical and revenue-cycle delivery experience; the public case study is text-only capability proof, not an AEK product, and we do not claim NHS endorsement.
Do you work with enterprises?
Yes, for custom platforms, legacy modernisation or extra capacity alongside internal teams.
Can you work with existing software or ERPs?
Yes. We stabilise, modernise and take ownership of existing platforms, and we will say clearly if a rewrite is the better option.
Can you build mobile apps?
Yes, as part of broader platforms, especially for field and inspection workflows.
Do you offer long-term support?
Yes. We prefer ongoing partnerships over one-off builds.
Can you work alongside our internal team?
Yes. We frequently embed with internal developers and product managers.
Who owns the intellectual property?
Client project IP belongs to you unless otherwise agreed. UK products we operate (such as Vehicle Daily Check) are held by AEK Tech UK Ltd. Enterprise GRC Platform is client IP — we built it; screenshots are on the case study and we demo on request.
Can you integrate AI into our existing software?
Yes. Document intelligence, compliance document automation, AI-assisted workflows and speech AI (including Amazon Transcribe and Deepgram in clinical charting), with a focus on practical outcomes in regulated environments.
How do projects typically start?
A discovery call to understand your goals and systems, then a clear recommended next step and a written quote if we are a fit.
Do you publish pricing?
Vehicle Daily Check has product pricing on vehicledailycheck.com. For custom engineering, rescue or GRC builds we do not publish a rate card — book a call for scope and pricing after a short conversation.
Where is your team located?
Commercial conversations are UK-led through AEK Tech UK Ltd. Engineering is delivered by our dedicated engineering team.
