Platform rescue is structured engineering ownership of software that already exists. We diagnose first, then stabilise, then improve. Sometimes a rewrite is right. Often it isn’t. We’ll say which, with reasons — and we stay accountable for keeping production moving.

Common questions
Is platform rescue the same as a full rewrite?
No. Rescue starts with ownership of what you have. A rewrite is only recommended when the architecture truly cannot carry the next phase — and we will say so with reasons.
Can you take over software another agency built?
Yes. That is a common entry point. We map the codebase, deployment and risks first, then agree what we will own and what stays out of scope.
Do you only rescue GRC or fleet systems?
No. Those are proof areas. We rescue operational platforms in other domains when the need is production ownership, not a brochure rebuild.
