Compliance evidence for drivers and operators — without WhatsApp and paper pads.
AEK Tech owns and operates Vehicle Daily Check: guided daily walkarounds on the driver’s phone, a Compliance workspace for operators, and timestamped PDF proof when licensing, insurers or audits ask.
Fleet is one of the domains under AEK Tech UK Ltd — not the whole company. If you need a custom fleet ops workflow beside VDC, we build that too.
Typical pain
- Walkarounds live on paper, WhatsApp or shared spreadsheets
- Hard to prove who checked a vehicle on a given date
- Drivers and ops chase “did you check?” every morning
- Audit or insurance requests turn into a scramble
What we deliver
- Vehicle Daily Check — product signup and fleet trials
- Custom fleet / depot workflows when off-the-shelf leaves gaps
- Driver mobile + operator Compliance patterns
- Evidence, invites, and seat-based fleet billing patterns
